- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 13x18 inch baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper.
- Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, and dried herbs in a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible lumps, achieving a consistency similar to thick pancake batter.
- Pour the batter onto the center of the parchment-lined sheet and use an offset spatula to spread it into an even rectangle, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Keep edges slightly thicker to prevent burning.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the flatbread is golden brown, firm to the touch, and easily peels away from the parchment paper.
