Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb baby gold potatoes, quartered into small pieces
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill to medium-high.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed sirloin, quartered potatoes, and broccoli florets with olive oil.
- In a small ramekin, mash together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until it forms a smooth paste.
- Lay out four large sheets of heavy-duty foil. Divide the steak, potato, and broccoli mixture evenly among the sheets.
- Place a generous dollop (about 1.5 tbsp) of the garlic butter on top of each pile.
- Fold the sides of the foil up and pinch the edges tightly to create an airtight seal.
- Cook using preferred method: Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, grill for 15-20 minutes, or air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes.
- Optional: Open the top of the packets and broil for the last 2 minutes for a charred finish.
