Ingredients:
- 226g cream cheese, room temperature
- 396ml sweetened condensed milk
- 141g instant French Vanilla pudding
- 396g Chessmen Cookies
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely smooth and glossy with no visible lumps.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant French Vanilla pudding mix with the appropriate liquid to thicken as per pudding package instructions. Let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Gently fold the thickened pudding into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with Chessmen cookies.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cookies.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the banana layer, smoothing it to the edges with an offset spatula.
- Arrange the second layer of Chessmen cookies on top of the pudding. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
