Ingredients:

  • 226g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 396ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 141g instant French Vanilla pudding
  • 396g Chessmen Cookies

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until completely smooth and glossy with no visible lumps.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant French Vanilla pudding mix with the appropriate liquid to thicken as per pudding package instructions. Let it stand for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. Gently fold the thickened pudding into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  4. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with Chessmen cookies.
  5. Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cookies.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the banana layer, smoothing it to the edges with an offset spatula.
  7. Arrange the second layer of Chessmen cookies on top of the pudding. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the layers to set.
