Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Blue Raspberry Jello mix (two 3-oz boxes)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup vodka (80 proof)
  • 1 cup Malibu rum
  • 24 gummy bears
  • 24 gummy peach rings

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil using a stovetop or microwave-safe glass pitcher.
  2. Whisk the blue raspberry jello mix into the boiling water for at least 2 minutes until all crystals are fully dissolved and the liquid is clear.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of vodka and 1 cup of Malibu rum. Using chilled alcohol is recommended to speed up the setting process.
  4. Line 24 plastic 2-oz cups on a baking sheet. Pour the mixture into the cups, filling them approximately 3/4 full.
  5. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 2 hours until the gelatin is semi-set and tacky to the touch.
  6. Garnish by placing one gummy peach ring on top of each shot to act as an 'inner tube', then nestle a gummy bear inside the ring.
  7. Return to the refrigerator for an additional 2 hours until completely firm.
