Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and place an empty heavy-duty rimmed baking sheet inside to preheat.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Carefully arrange them cut-side down on the hot baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until dark and crisp.
- Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Drizzle the mixture over the roasted sprouts, toss quickly to coat, and return to the oven for exactly 3 minutes to set the glaze.
