- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
- Add all the base, heat, and earthy ingredients into a mixing bowl. If paprika or garlic powder has clumped, press them through a fine-mesh sieve first.
- Using a whisk or fork, stir the spices in a circular motion for about 60 seconds until the powder is a consistent mahogany color with no visible streaks.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight glass jar, tap the jar firmly on the counter to settle the spices, and seal tightly.
