Ingredients:
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 0.125 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 0.125 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Place an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the unsalted butter and allow it to melt until it begins to foam slightly.
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl and gently slide them into the skillet. Sprinkle immediately with sea salt.
- Fry for 60 to 90 seconds until the whites are opaque and mostly set, but the top layer of white is still slightly translucent.
- Slide a wide, thin silicone spatula completely under the yolk. In one fluid motion, flip the egg over. Do not press down on the egg.
- Cook for exactly 30 seconds on the second side to set a thin film over the yolk while keeping the center liquid. Remove from heat immediately and season with black pepper.
